Yesterday's soccer was fun ( how many times have you read that. haha ) I think I scored 6 goals altogether including 1 for Kin Toh's team. But its not really satisfiying given how my standards is.

I'm experiencing a slump in form nowdays. I cant dribble past opponents anymore, I cant produce an accurate killer pass anymore and I cant conjure up any special moment anymore. As much as I want to blame the blisters on my foot, I also dont want to make that an excuse for under-performing. Gotta train harder in the future. Hmph

School has been fine so far. The whole class is finally to get on the same page. Just this Friday we played CS together. Haha. It was damn fun la. Unlike what Niap said, my classmates are nice people when it comes to sharing knowledge. They will teach us whatever we missed out and make sure we understand together. Such nice people.

Anyyywayyy, I kept seeing this cute bespectacled Malay girl. Just this one week, I saw her for about 3 times in three different locations. And everytime I will look at her, she would stare back at me and she will quickly turn her head in the other direction. Hees. Making me paiseh sia.. If Saiful were here, he would say this is fate. Without doubt.

But ____ is still in my heart.

Finally got back my com after 2 weeks of hell..life without com or IT is so real boring..i wonder how the hell those ppl in the older days without com could survive..haha..anyway from the day school started i had not study anything..the problem is our class are playing PSP for the whole day..hahaha..challaging each other on soccer and car racing..last sem we used to play MH2 and Dragonballz..cant forget those day where we are suppose to study for our test but end up playing game for the day..anyway last thursday was our selection for girls vball..so u all know what it means..lots of girls and stuff..at the start we had ard 40 ppl over there but after the selection it only left with 10 ppl or so..however the number should be droping soon..to be honest there were some beauty there and i think she live somewhere ard CCK ba..cause she's from bukit Panjang sec..hahaha

-down with flu spread by my classmate since 24/4/08 first ever sickness i got after so many months

First and foremost, CONGRATS CHELSEA!! Told u ballack will score and not only that, he was the man of the match too.

Today soccer was awesome. though not alot of ppl turn up, but we won 4 consecutive match and the highlight of the game was not the volley that sai scored, but its the header that reshi score. Why? because i was the 1 who provide the perfect inch cross and all he had to do was to glide in. Hey, how many of you guys can provide such cross.? Haha, okok i was just joking...

And that clown zal, u make me waste time talkin to you and i had to lie to my cousin by saying that i cant attend the party due to a broken leg. ok i am exaggerating.

You know, I now realise i like girls that are short. By saying this, i know zal have some freako candidates for me. and you guys should know why i like girls who are short right..=)

Yesterday, I suffered my worst case of blister yet. It was painful la oiii. The size is larger than a 50cent coin. I played soccer with my poly mates you see and I didnt bring my shoes. The sandal helped only for a short time before the strap tore. So yeah, I trudged from school all the way back home.
Didnt attend school today because of this. And I think I'm on the verge of being debarred. This is my 3rd 'holiday' this week.. Ah who cares.

Oh. In case you're wondering, the detached skin is being kept in an air-tight memory card casing. Hees.

Have yourself a good rest a day before every match to ensure you'll come into the game in tip-top condition.

2. The Higher-Power
So you think Kaka is a phenomenal player on his own? Think again. He credits every goal scored to Jesus. And that’s what you should do too, depending on your religion. Pray to God for assistance.

3. Hard work
It’s no secret. All players, even the best, spend a lot of time after training honing their skills more than the other players. At the end of the day, it’s them who'll benefit.

4. Match Focus
You have to enter the game with a goal-hungry kind of mind. That means concentrate only on scoring goals. Coming into the game with a mind so tangled with personal problems would ultimately have a negative impact on your performance.

5. Inspiration
Choose a hero. Idolise him. Watch videos after videos about how he plays his game. Chances are, you’ll end up like him one day.



Personally, I'll watch this video in my cell everytime for inspirations and not get bored of it.. Okay okay. I watch it because I like the song. Happy? =D

Oh yah. I have to add on.

Last week soccer with Saiful, Niap Fong, Hong Zhou and Chee Meng, I scored a wonderful goal. Saiful laid off the ball to me, though it looks inadvertently, just beyond the half line I took it down with my chest and gave a ferocious left foot volley that kept the keeper rooted. Its spectacular considering my left foot is the weaker foot.

I'm writing this down so as to remind myself about the goals I scored. At the end of the year, I'll review everything and list the Top Five Rizal's Goal of 2008. =D

This goal and the overhead kick I bragged about some weeks ago is already in contention.

My deepest apologies for not posting any kind of entry this past week or so. Yeah, I have been occupied with school and stuffs.

School's been pretty great i think. Starting to make a couple of real friends eventhough my class has only got 2 Malays. =/ Me and another guy. And I'm pretty fed up to say the least. After all the talk by the guys about having pretty girls in the same class, my class has 11 girls and all of them are Chinese! So you can imagine how I come to school with the where-do-all-the-malay-chicks-go kinda face.. But I can take comfort from the fact that without Malay girls in the class, there will be less distractions for me and I can focus entirely on studies. Hees. :-)

Now that I have got my own laptop, I hope to post more in the future. Toodles.

Uh huh. 2mrw I'll be starting school. And I'm not ready for it. I mean, I dont want to go school! Lol. Its been a year plus since I have attended proper 8-4 school and I dont think I'll ever get used to that again. But too bad. I have to, for my future.

And I dont know how 2mrw will turn out. I've missed my orientation that day due to 'a sickness' and for sure I will turn out like somekind of an alien to my new classmates. But no worries. I have a pretty big mouth and I'm sure I can gel easily with them. I hope to find someone that has alot in common with me so we can start a convo easily. Hmm. It will be interesting if it is a she..

Hope there's alot of chicks in my course too because Niap Fong asked me to help him scan for a suitable one. Lets see what I can do.

Liverpool won Blackburn. Okay thats predicitive.

This morning Liverpool match had me in an emotional ride. It was full of goals and drama that almost strained my voice. The last 5 mins of the game was really nail-biting, after Adebayor had equalised for Arsenal. I was real scared to watch the remainder of the game. I couldnt bear to see Liverpool crash out of the competiton to Arsenal. But I'm not the only one though. She too was so scared that she called me. But I kept insisting that she watch the match as Gerrard scores from the penalty to make it 3-2 to Liverpool. We were both praying our hearts out that Liverpool will hold out for a win. Then Babel scored to put the game beyond doubt and I shouted thru the phone. Haha. I'm sure she shouted too. It was pretty noisy but thats okay. Used to it. Haha.



So looks like Liverpool will meet Chelsea again for the third time in the semis. Let me predict the result as my prediction rarely go wrong ... I think Liverpool will go through like always. =D

Was supposed to have orientation today but uh overslept. I'm sorry if I make my EI 'seniors' dissapointed for not attending this compulsory event. Yeah whatever.

Then afternoon we celebrated our dear Hong Zhou's belated birthday. We didnt bought him any gifts. Instead we treated him to Pizza Hut. Haha. It was fun la considering Raj was there so atleast there's someone we can JOKINGLY criticize. Oh I wore my Torres jersey too. And I noticed a number of Liverpool fans too, wearing their jersey. Haha. Its like that. When your team won, you dare to proudly wear them. But when your team lost, you'll put the jersey at the most littlest corner of your house. Haha. Wth. :D

And now Im chilling at Haz's house with HZ. Both of them are guitaring now and I'm with this laptop. Haha. Pretty noisy but I'm used to it.

Totally enjoyed soccer today. Not only did many people turn up but I'm glad that my form hasn't been lacking in terms of 5-v-5 matches.

I scored a total of 9 goals in 4 matches including 2 successive hat-tricks. ^^ And oh yeah. I also scored an acrobatic overhead kick which sent the crowd chanting TORRES' name. Hees. =)

So it doesnt matter if you're battered and broken or in my case, wearing different type of shoes. If you have the heart, anything is possible. This piece of advice was from my late great grandpa. Sobs.

One player which certainly hadnt lack the skills was Wee Kwan. I cant help but wax lyrical over his performance. Sometimes you see him play and you'd think that he's not from this world! I mean the things he does are magical. What makes him tick is his pace and his bags of skills to bypass defenders. And not to mention his tenacity. Whoo.

So its a pleasure and honour to play in the same team as him. But dont get me wrong. The other guys are great too.

I think if I play with him week in week out we might just forge an irrepressible partnership. He'll create the chance for me and I finish it off to the back of the net. The other team might just as well not step into the court. Chet. Arrogant. =D
